Description
FR-AHP01 is a new generation of phosphorus-silicon based flame retardant developed by our company. It avoids the corrosion of screws or molds caused by conventional phosphorus-nitrogen based flame retardants, and the problem of small molecule precipitation caused by long-term injection. FR-AHP01 will not produce acidoid due to moisture absorption, thus providing stability guarantees for the end product.

Usage
Ø In polyamide 6 with 30% glass fibre:
For the electrical compounds to obtain the UL 94 V-0 classification at 1.6mm thickness, a dose of 14% FR-AHP01 is typically sufficient.
Ø In polyamide 66 with 30% glass fibre:
For the electrical compounds to obtain the UL 94 V-0 classification at 1.6mm and 0.8mm thicknesses, a dose of 14% and 18% FR-AHP01 respectively is typically sufficient. The tensile strength is more than or equal to 140 MPa, the notch impact strength is more than or equal to 14 KJ/m3. FR-AHP01 has good color adjustability.
Ø In high-temperature polyamide:
For the electrical compounds to obtain the UL 94 V-0 classification at 1.6mm thickness, a dose of 15% FR-AHP01 is typically sufficient. A high whiteness can be achieved, and the compounds would not be decomposed or yellowed.
Ø For the requirements of CTI / GWIT / GWFI:
The compound's CTI can reach 600V. And the GWFI 960°C requirement can be met in a low FR-AHP01 dose.
Ø Under the 85°C / 85% RH tests:
FR-AHP01 hardly precipitates and is significantly better than conventional phosphorus-nitrogen based flame retardants.
Packaging & Storage
Paper-plastic composite packaging. 25 kg per package.
The product must be sealed, kept dry, dust-free, and cool.
