Description
FR-B8022 is a phosphorus-based non-halogenated flame retardant developed for polyurethane coatings with excellent flame retardant properties and good compatibility with polymer substrates.
The comprehensive performance is much better than traditional phosphorus-nitrogen system and aluminum diethyl hypophosphite flame retardant.
FR-B8022 is especially suitable for automobile leather with high flame retardant requirements, and also has good performance in conventional PU coatings.
Advantages
1. Low additive quantity, 10-20% lower than common leather flame retardants.
2. Good leveling.
3. The kneading resistance of leather products is better.
4. High flame retardant efficiency and excellent adhesion.

Usage
Ø In the field of polyurethane coating:
Adding 15-18% can meet the requirements of automobile interior decoration, and the burning length is less than 6cm and self-extinguishing. The product can pass the double eighty-five 500 hours test, the flame retardant does not migrate, through the new energy automobile test standards, does not affect the external texture of leather.
Ø Also can be used in solvent-free polyurethane, oil-based polyurethane, water-based polyurethane system, also can be widely used in tape, FCCL, FFC and other fields.
Packaging & Storage
Paper-plastic composite packaging. 20kg per package.
The product must be sealed, kept dry, dust-free, and cool.
