PE501SR is a type of silicone masterbatch that consists of ultra-high molecular weight polysiloxane and low-density polyethylene (LDPE) as its carrier. It uses an efficient dispersion process to ensure that the silicone is evenly distributed within the LDPE.
PE501SR can help reduce the injection cycle time, improve processing performance, reduce surface friction coefficient, improve wear resistance, and enhance the hydrophobicity of the material.

Usage
PE501SR can be used in PP, PE, TPE, PA, EVA, PBT, and other materials.
Ø In extrusion and moulding:
By adding 0.3% to 1% PE501SR to the material,
PE501SR can help reduce torque and head pressure during the extrusion process, resulting in increased output. It can also improve processing performance, reducing material buildup in the die, and enhance the smoothness of the wire surface while reducing surface roughness. Additionally, it can improve mold stripping performance during injection molding, increasing material fluidity and mold filling performance while reducing the injection cycle time.
Packaging & Storage
Packaged in a paper-plastic composite bag and lined with an aluminum-plastic bag. 25 kg per package.
The product must be sealed, kept dry, dust-free, and cool.
