Description
PE500SR is a type of silicone masterbatch. It's made of ultra-high molecular weight polysiloxane and linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) is used as its carrier. An efficient dispersion process is used to make sure the silicone is evenly distributed within the LLDPE.

Usage
PE500SR can be used in PP, PE, TPE, PA, EVA, PBT, and other materials.
Ø In extrusion and moulding:
By adding 0.3% to 1% PE500SR to the material,
PE500SR can also improve the extrusion process by reducing torque and head pressure, resulting in an increase in output. It improves processing performance, effectively reducing material buildup in the die. The wire surface becomes smoother and less rough. During injection molding, PE500SR improves mold stripping performance, increasing material fluidity and mold filling performance while reducing the injection molding cycle time.
Packaging & Storage
Packaged in a paper-plastic composite bag and lined with an aluminum-plastic bag. 25 kg per package.
The product must be sealed, kept dry, dust-free, and cool.
