Description
Unlike traditional melamine cyanurate (MCA) flame retardants, FR-MC10S is a modified, high-efficiency, halogen-free, and environmental-friendly flame retardant for polyamide/nylon, which can truly achieve the standard of UL 94 V-0.

Usage
Ø In PA 6/66 without glass fiber:
A dose of 12 to 15% MC10S is typically sufficient for the electrical compounds to obtain the UL 94 V-0 classification at 1.6 and 0.8 thicknesses, with a small dripping amount that does not ignite degreased cotton, and the mechanical properties of the flame-retardant material can be improved.
Ø As a spumific compound:
Use in other plastics, epoxy resins, rubber fields, etc.
Cautious
While using MC10S, lubricants and other additives must be avoided to prevent screw slippage and shear decline, which may lead to poor dispersion and a decline in flame retardancy.
Packaging & Storage
Paper-plastic composite packaging. 20 kg per package.
The product must be sealed, kept dry, dust-free, and cool.
