Description
FR-MC25S is a modified, high-efficiency, halogen-free, environmental-friendly polyamide/nylon flame retardant. It is different from conventional melamine cyanurate and can truly achieve the standard of UL 94 V-0.
Advantages
Excellent resin compatibility and good hydrophobicity.
Significantly maintain resin's mechanical and electrical properties.
The system's flame retardancy will not decrease over time.
Excellent spumific compound characteristics.
Unlike conventional MCA flame retardants, FR-MC25S has higher flame retardancy efficiency, which can significantly alleviate the problem of sticking to the mold and exudation.

Usage
Ø In PA 6/66 without glass fiber:
A dose of 12 to 15% MC25S is typically sufficient for the electrical compounds to obtain the UL 94 V-0 classification at 1.6 and 0.8 thicknesses, with a small dripping amount that does not ignite degreased cotton, and the mechanical properties of the flame-retardant material can be improved.
Ø As a spumific compound:
Use in plastics, epoxy resins, rubber fields, etc.
Cautious
While using MC25S, lubricants and other additives must be avoided to prevent screw slippage and shear decline, which may lead to poor dispersion and a decline in flame retardancy.
Packaging & Storage
Paper-plastic composite packaging. 20 kg per package.
The product must be sealed, kept dry, dust-free, and cool.
