FR-AP1001 is a flame retardant made of modified ammonium polyphosphate with a melamine coating. Unlike traditional polyphosphoric amides, FR-AP1001 has been treated to resist high temperatures and prevent negative effects on material properties from decomposition during processing.

FR-AP1001 works synergistically with melamine cyanurate (MCA), triazine-based charring agents, and hypophosphite.
Packaged in a paper-plastic composite bag with a plastic liner. 25 kg per package.
