FR-602fine is a high-purity triazine nitrogen flame retardant that has been developed specifically for use in the epoxy resin copper-clad laminate field. In the flame retardant system, FR-602fine can act as a spumific compound of an intumescent flame retardant system, which helps to isolate oxygen and promote carbonization. Usage
Ø For circuit copper clad laminate:
FR-602fine is a nitrogen-based, halogen-free, and phosphorus-free flame retardant that has been specifically designed for use in circuit copper-clad laminates. When 15% to 25% of FR-602fine is added to epoxy resin, it can achieve a significant flame-retardant effect. Compared to the organic hypophosphite aluminum system, the FR-602fine system has superior heat resistance, peel strength, and ion migration resistance. Additionally, it meets the requirements of the Swedish Environmental Code.
Ø In high-frequency and high-speed fields:
FR-602fine is suitable for use in the field of dielectric loss when the dissipation factor (DF) is below 0.002.
Ø Have synergistic effects:
As a spumific compound or carbon donor, FR602fine can be combined with acid donors, aluminum diethylphosphinate (FR-ADP02), or DOPO and its derivatives, such as phosphonitrile, aluminum hydroxide, ammonium polyphosphate, and melamine polyphosphate, to enhance its flame retardancy.
Packaging & Storage
Packaged in a paper-plastic composite bag. 20 kg per package.
The product must be sealed, kept dry, dust-free, and cool.
