FB-PA50M (HF) is a halogen-free flame retardant masterbatch that contains nitrogen, which carrier is polyamide. FB-PA50M (HF)'s flame-retardant molecular modification technology, developed by Yinyuan, distinguishes it from other flame retardant masterbatches. This technology gives FB-PA50M higher flame retardancy and improved dispersion.

Usage
FB-PA50M (HF) is mainly used in flame retardant systems for polyamide 6 and 66. It also has great potential for use in corrugated pipes in the automotive industry.
Ø In polyamide 6/66:
Typically, adding 6% to 10% of FB-PA50M (HF) to compounds is enough for them to achieve the UL 94 V-2 classification.
Ø Attention:
It is important to note that using a toughening agent can negatively affect the system. Careful attention should be paid to the dosage of the toughening agent, and it is recommended to use less than 4%.
Packaging & Storage
Packaged in a paper-plastic composite bag and lined with a plastic bag. 25 kg per package.
The product must be sealed, kept dry, dust-free, and cool.
