Description

FR-PCU is a new type of water-soluble phosphate flame retardant that has a higher phosphorus content than traditional phosphate flame retardants. It is highly effective in providing flame retardancy to ink products and acrylic adhesives. Additionally, FR-PCU has a synergistic effect when used in combination with other flame retardants such as polyphosphoric amine, organic hypophosphite, melamine polyphosphate, and melamine cyanurate.

Usage

Ø  In acrylic adhesives:

FR-PCU can be used as a standalone additive in acrylic adhesives, with minimal impact on the adhesive properties of the product. Alternatively, it can also be used in combination with other flame retardants such as organic hypophosphite to achieve enhanced flame retardancy.

Ø  In polyester and polyurethane fibres:

FR-PCU is effective in providing flame retardancy to both polyester and polyurethane fibers. 



Packaging & Storage

Ÿ   Packaged in 70 kg plastic drums. Or customized according to customer requirements.

Ÿ   The product must be sealed, kept dry, dust-free, water-free, and cool.
