Description
PE500SR is a silicone masterbatch made of ultra-high molecular weight polysiloxane and uses linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) as its carrier. PE500SR uses an efficient dispersion process to ensure that the silicone is evenly distributed within the LLDPE.

Usage
PE500SR can be used in PP, PE, TPE, PA, EVA, PBT, and other materials.
Ø In extrusion and moulding:
By adding 0.3% to 1% PE500SR to the material,
Reduce the torque and head pressure in the extrusion process, resulting in an increase in output.
Improve the processing performance, thereby effectively reducing the buildup of material in the die.
Improve the smoothness of the wire surface and reduce the surface roughness.
Improves the mold stripping performance during the injection molding process, thus increasing the fluidity of the materials and the mold filling performance and reducing the injection molding cycle time.
Packaging & Storage
Packaged in a paper-plastic composite bag and lined with an aluminum-plastic bag. 25 kg per package.
The product must be sealed, kept dry, dust-free, and cool.
