FB-PA50M (HF) is a polyamide-based nitrogen-containing halogen-free flame retardant masterbatch. What sets it apart from other flame retardant masterbatches is its unique flame-retardant molecular modification technology developed by Yinyuan, which makes FB-PA50M have higher flame retardancy and better dispersion.

Usage
FB-PA50M(HF) is primarily used in nylon 6 and 66 flame retardant systems and has great potential for use in automotive corrugated pipes.
Ø In polyamide 6/66:
A 6% to 10% FB-PA50M(HF) dose is typically sufficient for the compounds to obtain the UL 94 V-2 classification.
Ø Attention:
It should be noted that the use of a toughening agent can have a negative impact on the system. It is important to pay attention to the dosage of the toughening agent, and a dose of less than 4% is recommended.
Packaging & Storage
Packaged in a paper-plastic composite bag and lined with a plastic bag. 25 kg per package.
The product must be sealed, kept dry, dust-free, and cool.
