Description

PP550SR is a silicone masterbatch containing ultra-high molecular weight siloxane with a special structure in polypropylene carrier resin.

Usage

PP550SR can be used in PP, PE, TPE, and other materials.

Application	Dosage	Benefits
In extrusion and moulding	0.2% to 1%	Reduce the torque and head pressure in the extrusion process, resulting in an increased output. Improve the mold stripping performance during the injection molding process, thus increasing the fluidity of the materials and the mold filling performance and reducing the injection molding cycle time.
In TPE	1% to 3%	Improve the material's smoothness and scratch resistance.
In PP	1% to 3%	Excellent scratch resistance. Low odor. The product can have uniform gloss surfaces without bright spots.

The Processing Information

After the silicone masterbatch is evenly mixed with resin, it is processed into modified materials using an extruder.

After the silicone masterbatch is evenly mixed with resin, it is injection molded into products.

Packaging & Storage

To properly store the product, it should be kept in a dry place and away from direct sunlight. The opening of the container should be sealed to prevent the product from absorbing moisture from the air. If needed, the product can be dried before use.
