The product density is low, only 2.9g /cm3, far less than the density of antimony trioxide 5.7g /cm3, to prevent the problem of delamination in the production process, improve product stability.
The amount of flame retardant added to the product is increased or decreased according to the hardness of PVC: hardness 90A is added 8~10%; 80A Add 14 to 16%. For materials with hardness less than 70A, the amount of this product needs to be significantly increased.
The product is prohibited to be used with antimony trioxide at the same time.
