SR-500 is a unique silicone masterbatch that utilizes polyethylene resin and ultra-high molecular weight polysiloxane to evenly disperse silicone. Unlike regular silicone masterbatches, SR-500 is designed to address compatibility issues during wire extrusion that can lead to die buildup and reduce product quality and efficiency.

Improved mold stripping performance during injection molding process，thus increasing the fluidity of the materials and the mold filling performance and reducing the injection molding cycle.
