AS500SR is a type of silicone masterbatch. It uses styrene-acrylonitrile (AS) resin as the carrier and ultra-high molecular weight polysiloxane as the main component. The silicone is evenly dispersed in the AS resin using a high-efficiency dispersion process.

It can also reduce material buildup in the die, improve surface smoothness, and reduce surface roughness. During injection molding, AS500SR can improve mold stripping performance, increase material fluidity and mold filling performance, and reduce cycle time. Additionally, when used in fiber-reinforced products, it can reduce surface floating fibers. |

Packaged in a paper-plastic composite bag and lined with an aluminum-plastic bag. 25 kg per package.
The product must be sealed, kept dry, dust-free, and cool.
