Description
PP500SR is a type of silicone masterbatch that consists of ultra-high molecular weight siloxane with a special structure, and uses polypropylene as its carrier resin.
PP500SR is a silicone masterbatch that can play an anchoring role in the material, providing long-lasting and efficient scratch resistance to polypropylene without affecting its impact performance or causing stickiness. It can also help reduce the injection cycle time, improve processing performance, reduce surface friction coefficient, improve wear resistance, and enhance the hydrophobicity of the material. Additionally, it has good compatibility with polypropylene.

0.2% to 1% | PP500SR can help reduce torque and head pressure during the extrusion process, resulting in increased output. It can also improve mold stripping performance during injection molding, increasing material fluidity and mold filling performance while reducing the injection cycle time. |
In TPE | 1% to 3% | PP500SR can help enhance the smoothness and scratch resistance of the material. |
In PP |
1% to 3% | PP500SR provides excellent scratch resistance and has low odor. It can also help create a uniform, glossy surface without bright spots. |
Packaging & Storage
Packaged in a paper-plastic composite bag and lined with an aluminum-plastic bag. 25 kg per package.
The product must be sealed, kept dry, dust-free, and cool.
