Description
SR-400 is a carrier-free siloxane powder, that has no thermoplastic resin as the carrier, so it has good temperature resistance and can be used in high-temperature engineering plastics.

Usage
Ø In plastic, rubber, and other materials:
By adding 0.3% to 1% SR-400 to the material,
Reduce the torque and head pressure in the extrusion process, resulting in increased output and decreased energy consumption.
It acts as an internal lubricant to improve flame retardant dispersion, thereby reducing material buildup in the die.
Improve the mold stripping performance during the injection molding process, thus increasing the fluidity of the materials and the mold filling performance and reducing the injection time cycle.
Ø In finished product parts:
Used in fiber-reinforced products to reduce surface floating fibers.
Improve surface properties, including lubricity, smoothness, and silky touch.
The Processing Information
After the silicone powder is mixed with resin, it is processed into modified materials using an extruder.
After the silicone powder is evenly mixed with resin, it is injection molded into products.
Packaging & Storage
To properly store the product, it should be kept in a dry place and away from direct sunlight. The opening of the container should be sealed to prevent the product from absorbing moisture from the air. If needed, the product can be dried before use.
