FR-HP100 is an innovative flame retardant that does not contain halogens, with a chemical structure based on P-N. FR-HP100 is more effective than traditional phosphorus-bromine flame retardants and can be added to transparent epoxy resin. A 15% dose of FR-HP100 in transparent epoxy resin provides good flame retardant properties.
in ransparent PC:
Typically, adding 8% to 10% of FR-HP100 is enough for products to achieve the FV-0 classification.
in Benzoxazine Resin Glass Cloth Laminated Board:
A 10% mass fraction of FR-HP100 is generally adequate to achieve the FV-0 classification.
