Description
PE501SR is a silicone masterbatch made of ultra-high molecular weight polysiloxane and uses low-density polyethylene (LDPE) as its carrier. PE501SR uses an efficient dispersion process to ensure that the silicone is evenly distributed within the LDPE.

Usage
PE501SR can be used in PP, PE, TPE, PA, EVA, PBT, and other materials.
Ø In extrusion and moulding:
By adding 0.3% to 1% PE501SR to the material,
Reduce the torque and head pressure in the extrusion process, resulting in an increase in output.
Improve the processing performance, thereby effectively reducing material buildup in the die.
Improve the smoothness of the wire surface and reduce the surface roughness.
Improve the mold stripping performance during the injection molding process, thus increasing the fluidity of the materials and the mold filling performance and reducing the injection cycle time.
Packaging & Storage
Packaged in a paper-plastic composite bag and lined with an aluminum-plastic bag. 25 kg per package.
The product must be sealed, kept dry, dust-free, and cool.
