In nylon 6/66 systems (without glass fiber), adding 12-15% of FR-MCA750 can achieve UL94 V0 level with thickness ranging from 0.8-1.6mm, while meeting the 750C glow wire test requirements.It can also be used for plastic,epoxy resin,rubber and other fields as a vapor phase flame retardant.
It should avoid adding lubricants and other additives, so as not to cause the screw slip shear decline, resulting in poor dispersion flame retardant decline.
Packaged in a paper-plastic composite bag and lined with a plastic bag. 20 kg per package.
The product must be sealed, kept dry, dust-free, and cool.
