FR-MCA750 is different from conventional melamine cyanuric acid salts, is a modified high-efficiency nylon special halogen-free environmental protection flame retardant, can really reach the UL94 V0 level, while passing 750 degrees of hot wire can not afford Burning. The flame retardant has excellent resin compatibility, and has good hydrophobic properties, which greatly maintains the mechanical and electrical properties of the resin itself.

In the nylon 6/66 system (without glass fiber), adding 12-15% can reach the 0.8- 1.6mm UL94VO level, while meeting the 750C glow wire throughout the fire. It can also be used for plastic,epoxy resin,rubber and other fields as a vapor phase flame retardant.
FR-MCA750 should avoid adding lubricants and other additives, so as not to cause the screw slip shear decline, resulting in poor dispersion flame retardant decline.
