FB-PP302H can be used for PP copolymer and homopolymer, and it will not affect the heat resistance of the PP materials.
A dose of2% FB-PP302H is typically sufficient toreacha flame-retardant effect of self-extinguishing whenthe polypropylene fibre spinning isaway from fire. If a B2 or higher level is required, the doseof flame-retardant masterbatch is around 5%, depending on the application.
* In injection-molded products,PP homopolymer:
A dose of 2% to 4% FB-PP302H is typically sufficient for the PP homopolymer compounds to obtain the UL 94 V-2 classification, pass the GWFI 960℃test, and it complies with the halogen-free standard.

A dose of 4% to 8% FB-PP302H is typically sufficient for the PP copolymer compounds to obtain the UL 94 V-2 classification, pass the GWFI 960℃test, and it complies with the halogen-free standard.
