FB-PA40MZ(HF) is a new type of flame retardant masterbatch specifically designed for the nylon spinning industry. Unlike other flame retardants on the market, it utilizes Yinyuan's innovative molecular modification technology for superior flame retardant properties and improved dispersion. This masterbatch is ideal for use in nylon 6 and nylon 66 applications such as nylon drawing, nylon carpet, and automotive bellows.

Application

•  In the nylon spinning industry, adding 5-6% of FB-PA40MZ(HF) can achieve a high level of flame retardancy with an oxygen index exceeding 28. In the carpet industry, it can achieve a B1 flame retardant level.

• For nylon 6 and nylon 66, adding 6-10% of this masterbatch can achieve a UL94 V2 level of flame retardancy.

  
  

• It is important to note that the use of toughening agents may negatively impact the flame retardant system, so it is recommended to use less than 2% of toughening agent.
  

Packaging & Storage

• Packed in paper-plastic composite bags lined with plastic, each bag weighing 25 kg.

• Store in a sealed, dry, dust-free, and cool environment.
