FR-AHP01 represents a new generation of flame retardant technology, innovated by our company, utilizing a phosphorus-silicon base. This advanced formulation addresses key issues encountered with conventional phosphorus-nitrogen flame retardants, namely, the corrosion of screws and molds, as well as the challenge of small molecule precipitation after prolonged injection molding processes. Moreover, FR-AHP01 ensures the end product's stability by eliminating the formation of acidoids upon moisture absorption.

To achieve UL 94 V-0 flame resistance at a thickness of 1.6mm in electrical compounds, a 14% concentration of FR-AHP01 is generally adequate.
Polyamide 66 with 30% Glass Fibre:
For achieving the same UL 94 V-0 standard at both 1.6mm and 0.8mm thicknesses in electrical compounds, doses of approximately 14% and 18% FR-AHP01 are recommended, respectively. These formulations boast a minimum tensile strength of 140 MPa and a notch impact strength of at least 14 KJ/m², with notable color tuning capabilities.
High-Temperature Polyamide:
To attain UL 94 V-0 classification at 1.6mm thickness in high-temperature applications, a 15% dosage of FR-AHP01 typically suffices, ensuring a high level of whiteness without decomposition or yellowing over time.
CTI / GWIT / GWFI Compliance:
Compounds incorporating FR-AHP01 can achieve a Comparative Tracking Index (CTI) of up to 600V, and meet the Glow Wire Ignition Temperature (GWIT) and Glow Wire Flammability Index (GWFI) standards at 960°C with reduced flame retardant content.
85°C / 85% RH Durability Test:
FR-AHP01 demonstrates significantly reduced precipitation compared to traditional phosphorus-nitrogen flame retardants under harsh humidity conditions, ensuring superior performance and durability.
Packaged in a paper-plastic composite bag and lined with a plastic bag. 25 kg per package.
