FR-501 is a new bromine, phosphorus, nitrogen compound flame retardant, has the advantages of no precipitation, environmental friendly, low bromine content, little addition etc. can be used for copolymer PP, homopolymer PP material, can also be used to fill PP system (such as talc powder, barium sulfate filling, can not use calcium carbonate filling system). the product does not need to add antimony trioxide, lower cost than the current commonly used antimony bromide flame retardant system; no precipitation in the use of flame retardants, low addition amount (1-5%), in line with ROHS, REACH, PAHS and other environmental requirements;

The addition of 0.5%-1% in homopolymer PP and 2-5% in copolymer PP can achieve UL94 V2 flame retardant (0.8-3.2mm), and the glowing wire can meet the GWFI 750℃ non-combustible and can pass the GWFI 960℃ test.
FR-501 meets the environmental protection requirements of ROHS, REACH, PAHS and other projects, and can meet the halogen-free requirements when the addition amount is low, and the bromine content is less than 900PPM.
