FR-AHP02 represents a novel flame retardant innovation by Yinyuan, crafted from a phosphorus-silicon base. It elegantly circumvents issues prevalent in traditional phosphorus-nitrogen-based retardants, such as screw or mold corrosion and the challenge of small molecule separation after prolonged injection molding. To attain UL 94 V-0 flame resistance at a thickness of 1.6mm in electrical compounds, a dosage of 14% to 15% FR-AHP02 typically suffices. This achieves a minimum tensile strength of 140 MPa and a notch impact strength of at least 14 KJ/m³, accompanied by exceptional color tuning capabilities.
Meeting CTI / GWIT / GWFI Standards:
Compounds fortified with FR-AHP02 can attain a CTI value of 600V while maintaining a low density profile. This dual advantage ensures that the electrical characteristics remain uncompromised without burdening the mechanical integrity of the material.
Endurance under 85°C / 85% RH Conditions:
FR-AHP02 exhibits remarkable resilience, showing negligible precipitation compared to conventional alternatives. Its performance in high humidity environments is notably superior, further solidifying its position as a superior flame retardant solution.
Packaged in a paper-plastic composite bag and lined with a plastic bag. 25 kg per package.
