The FB-PP300H is a flame retardant masterbatch formulated with a blend of bromine, phosphorus, and nitrogen, encapsulated in a polypropylene (PP) carrier resin.

The FB-PP300H is compatible with both copolymer and homopolymer PP, as well as PP compounds reinforced with fillers like talc or barium sulfate. However, it is not suitable for use in calcium carbonate-based filling systems.
In PP Homopolymers and Copolymers:
To achieve UL 94 V-2 flammability rating for electrical compounds across thicknesses ranging from 0.8mm to 3.2mm, a dosage of 3% to 8% is typically effective, also enabling the material to pass the GWFI at 960°C test.
Compliance with Regulatory Standards:
When the addition of FB-PP300H stays below 5% by weight, the bromine content remains under 900PPM, ensuring the modified PP material conforms to halogen-free specifications as required by RoHS, REACH, PAHS, and similar regulations.
Supplied in 25 kg packages, each contained within a woven bag lined with plastic for added protection.
Shipped as non-toxic and non-hazardous cargo.
