Our company has developed a cutting-edge flame retardant called FR-AHP01, which is based on phosphorus-silicon technology. Unlike traditional phosphorus-nitrogen flame retardants, FR-AHP01 does not cause corrosion to screws or molds, and it prevents small molecule precipitation during long-term injection processes. Additionally, this flame retardant does not produce acidoid when exposed to moisture, ensuring stability in the final product.

In Polyamide 6 :
To achieve UL 94 V-0 classification at 1.6mm thickness for electrical compounds, typically 14% FR-AHP01 is required.
In Polyamide 66:
For UL 94 V-0 classification at 1.6mm and 0.8mm thicknesses, typically 14% and 18% FR-AHP01 respectively is recommended. The product will have a tensile strength of at least 140 MPa and a notch impact strength of at least 14 KJ/m3. FR-AHP01 offers excellent color adjustability.
In High-Temperature Polyamide:
To achieve UL 94 V-0 classification at 1.6mm thickness for electrical compounds, typically 15% FR-AHP01 is sufficient. A high whiteness can be achieved, and the compounds would not be decomposed or yellowed.
CTI / GWIT / GWFI Compliance:
The GWFI 960°C requirement can be met in a low FR-AHP01 dose.The compound's CTI can reach 600V
85°C / 85% RH Test:
The product hardly precipitates and is significantly better than conventional phosphorus-nitrogen based flame retardants.
Packaged in a paper-plastic composite bag and lined with a plastic bag. 25 kg per package.
The product must be sealed, kept dry, dust-free, and cool.
