In Polypropylene Fiber Spinning:
Typically, a 2% addition of FB-PP302H achieves self-extinguishing flame retardancy. For higher classifications up to B2, adjust the dosage to approximately 5%, contingent upon specific application requirements.
In PP Homopolymer:
A dosage range of 2% to 4% FB-PP302H is generally effective for achieving UL 94 V-2 classification, passing the GWFI at 960℃, and adhering to halogen-free standards.
In PP Copolymer:
To attain UL 94 V-2 classification, pass GWFI at 960℃, and meet halogen-free criteria, use 4% to 8% FB-PP302H in PP copolymer compounds.
For both spinning and injection molding, optimal processing temperatures should be maintained below 200°C, not exceeding 230°C. Overheating may diminish flame retardant stability and lead to PP material degradation.
Supplied in 25 kg packages, each contained within a woven bag lined with plastic.
