Yinyuan has introduced a novel flame retardant, FR-AHP02, which is based on phosphorus-silicon. This new product addresses the issues of screw and mold corrosion commonly associated with traditional phosphorus-nitrogen flame retardants, as well as the problem of small molecule precipitation during long-term injection. FR-AHP02 is moisture-resistant and does not produce acidoid, ensuring stability in the final product.

To achieve UL 94 V-0 classification at a thickness of 1.6mm, a dosage of 14% to 15% of FR-AHP02 is typically sufficient for electrical compounds. The compound exhibits a tensile strength of at least 140 MPa, notch impact strength of at least 14 KJ/m3, and offers excellent color adjustability.
Meet CTI / GWIT / GWFI Requirements:
With a CTI of 600V and low density, compounds containing FR-AHP02 maintain their mechanical properties without compromising electrical performance.
Pass 85°C / 85% RH tests:
FR-AHP02 hardly precipitates and is significantly better than conventional phosphorus-nitrogen based flame retardants.
Paper-plastic composite packaging. 25 kg per package.
The product must be sealed, kept dry, dust-free, and cool.
