Achieving a UL 94 V-0 classification for electrical compounds at a thickness of 1.6mm typically requires a dose of 14% to 15% of granular FR-AHP02P. This results in a tensile strength of at least 120 MPa, notch impact strength of at least 12 KJ/m3, and excellent color adjustability.

The compound's Comparative Tracking Index (CTI) can reach 600V, and its low density ensures that the electrical compounds maintain their mechanical properties without being negatively impacted. This makes the compounds lightweight and efficient for various applications.
