In the context of PP corrugated pipes:
A 6%-8% addition of FB-PP509H typically ensures self-extinguishing properties. Post 90°C torrefaction for 1000 hours, the pipes retain satisfactory flame retardancy with minimal mold deposit formation during continuous injection molding processes.
When used with PP copolymers:
A 5%-7% dosage typically achieves UL 94 V-2 rating at thicknesses ranging from 0.8 to 3.2mm, alongside passing GWFI at 960°C and GWIT at 775°C tests.
In PP homopolymers:
Merely 2%-3% of FB-PP509H is typically enough to attain UL 94 V-2 classification within the same thickness range, while also satisfying GWFI 960°C and GWIT 775°C criteria.
Supplied in 25 kg packages, each consisting of a woven bag lined with plastic for added protection.
