When FB-PP302H is incorporated into the production of polypropylene fibers and non-woven fabrics, it ensures stable melt spinning and drawing processes, preventing fiber breakage and maintaining glossiness.
Meets regulatory standards such as RoHS, REACH, and PAHS.
FB-PP302H is suitable for both PP copolymer and homopolymer, without compromising the heat resistance of the PP materials.
For polypropylene fiber spinning:
A dosage of 2% of FB-PP302H is typically adequate to achieve a self-extinguishing flame retardant effect when the fibers are exposed to fire. If a B2 or higher level of flame retardancy is required, the dosage may be increased to around 5%, depending on the specific application.
For injection-molded products using PP homopolymer:
A dosage of 2% to 4% of FB-PP302H is usually enough for the PP homopolymer compounds to meet the UL 94 V-2 classification, pass the GWFI 960℃ test, and comply with halogen-free standards.
In injection-molded products and PP copolymer:
A dosage of 4% to 8% FB-PP302H is typically sufficient for the PP copolymer compounds to achieve the UL 94 V-2 classification, pass the GWFI 960℃ test, and comply with the halogen-free standard.
For spinning and injection molding applications, the processing temperature should be properly controlled below 200°C and not exceed 230°C. Excessively high temperatures can cause a decrease in the stability of the flame retardant and result in the degradation of the PP material.
Packaged in woven bags with a plastic liner, weighing 25 kg per package.
