FB-PP500H is suitable for homopolymer and copolymer PP, as well as PP fillers like talc and barium sulfate. It is not compatible with calcium carbonate fillers.
In PP Homopolymer :
To achieve UL 94 V-2 classification for electrical components with thicknesses ranging from 0.8mm to 3.2mm, a dosage of 2% to 3% of FB-PP500H is typically sufficient. It can pass GWFI 960°C and GWIT 775℃ tests.
In Copolymer PP:
For electrical components to meet UL 94 V-2 classification with thicknesses from 0.8mm to 3.2mm, a dosage of 4% to 10% of FB-PP500H is usually needed. It can pass GWFI 960°C and GWIT 775℃ tests.
To meet the RoHS, REACH, PAHS and other regulatory requirements:
Using less than 10% of FB-PP500H ensures that the bromine content remains below 900 PPM, making the modified PP material compliant with halogen-free standards.
Packaged in woven bags with a plastic liner. 25 kg per package.
