FB-PP509H is suitable for PP copolymers, homopolymers, injection products, corrugated pipes, and filler systems like talc and barium sulfate. It is not compatible with calcium carbonate fillers.
In PP corrugated pipes:
A dosage of 6% to 8% of FB-PP509H is recommended for PP corrugated pipes to achieve self-extinguishing properties. Even after 1000 hours of torrefying at 90℃, the flame retardancy of PP corrugated pipes remains intact with minimal mold deposits.
In PP copolymer:
For PP copolymer compounds, a dosage of 5% to 7% of FB-PP509H is sufficient to achieve UL 94 V-2 classification at thicknesses ranging from 0.8 to 3.2mm.pass the GWFI 960℃ test, and the GWIT 775℃
In PP homopolymer:
A dose of 2% to 3% FB-PP509H is typically sufficient for the PP homopolymer compounds to obtain the UL 94 V-2 classification at 0.8 to 3.2mm thicknesses, pass the GWFI 960℃ test, and the GWIT 775℃.
Supplied in 25 kg packages, each consisting of a woven bag lined with plastic for added protection.
The product is transported as non-toxic and non-hazardous goods.
The product must be kept dry and away from moisture.
